Gingerdoodle

Gingerdoodles
  • Refrigerated Gingerbread cookie dough
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 TBSP ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

Preheat oven according to package directions (350)
Mix all but dough together in bowl with fork or whisk
Using spoon or cookie scoop, make balls of cold dough (put back in fridge between pans)
Roll balls in cinn/sugar mixture
Bake 9-11 minutes, let sit on pan for 2 minutes
